In The End
I Hope to See You There

We all meet in the end, but our ends we must all meet alone. It’s only the fear of what lies on the other side concealed, which could be our home.
How would we survive with no goal to achieve, no hell to seethe, no heaven worth a damn reprieve. Magic we applaud, like faith we trust in the hour of our death. Each step of the past in our mind will be clear current and in context.
The love that constructs the landscape will cast margins for within our epitaphs will be kept, for die we will but only once, along the way love often and love much. Settle for no less, sacrifice yourself if you must. Let your steps become bounds over couples frocked with lust. Like the earth is loved by the tree, hold me, anchor me.
Shade my eyes from the tunnels light, kiss my forehead, tuck the sheet and say goodnight. There is nothing left to say only to extinguish the flame. Find someplace to lay the blame, to where I am off there is no wrong or right…
